At Gaylord Opryland, the comfort and safety of our guests remains of paramount importance to us.

For capacity management and to ensure an enjoyable environment, resort access will be guaranteed after 2pm CT for overnight guests and indoor/outdoor ticket reservation holders only, November 18-29, December 2-4, December 9-11, and December 16-31, 2022.  
 
We invite and welcome visitors without room reservation or ticketed event reservations to arrive on site PRIOR to 2pm CT on the aforementioned dates and enjoy the rest of the afternoon into the evening, or to visit any time November 11-17, November 30-December 1, December 5-8, December 12-15, 2022, or January 1, 2023.

Advance purchase of tickets online is required. In order to encourage contactless service, there are no physical, printed tickets and no box office on-site at the resort. All tickets are electronic and can be purchased online or over the phone. Once purchased, your e-ticket will be emailed to you. You can simply show your ticket on the phone to the attendant to be scanned prior to entering the attraction.

No, there are no box offices at the resort. All tickets can be purchased online only, and an electronic ticket will be emailed to you.

Depending on the attraction and its capacity, many of our experiences can only be purchased for a specific date and time in order to ensure crowd control and social distancing. It is very important for all attractions that have timed entry, that you are not late for your selected time slot. Capacity limits for each timeslot are strictly enforced to ensure social distancing and those arriving late to their timeslot to the attractions will not be allowed entry.

Tickets purchased by day guests are non-refundable. However, based on availability, you may be able to exchange your tickets for a different day or time by replying to your confirmation email.    

Overnight guests are permitted to change or cancel their attraction tickets at no charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Room confirmation number must be provided during the ticket booking process at the time of checkout. For cancel or change requests, please reply to your ticket confirmation email.    

Ticket insurance is available for purchase, and insurance cancellation policies will apply.

All overnight guests who purchased a package will receive an email from the hotel with instructions on how to reserve your ticket timeslot and receive your e-ticket. There are no physical, printed tickets; simply show your e-ticket to the attendant who will scan it for entry.

Professional photographers are not permitted to hold family photography sessions at the resort. Professional photographers are permitted only for contracted meetings and catering events with a location agreement and certificate of insurance on file with a minimum three week lead time for review of any photography request.

Please plan to arrive ten minutes early before your time slot. Our resorts are very large so please consider any time necessary to walk from the parking lot to the Christmas attraction. Guests who are more than five minutes late to their appointed time slot cannot be guaranteed entry.

Road access from the resort campus to Opry Mills will be closed. Cars will be required to use the Briley Parkway Opry Mills exit or turn left at the traffic light past the hotel’s main entrance on McGavock Pike. 

Guests inside the resort may take a short walk to Opry Mills via the walkway from the Delta Portico. 

Our holiday attractions are open for day guests as well as overnight guests. Many of our guests decide to stay overnight in order to enjoy all the holiday events and attractions available at our resorts. Some of our events do include special perks for overnight guests.

New Year’s Eve celebration options will be available for overnight guests only on the Delta Island (for families) or in The District (21+ only) and Old Hickory Steakhouse.

Yes, at the resort, self-parking is $33.00 plus tax; valet parking is $45.00 plus tax. In and out privileges are for overnight guests only. Day guests are charged per entry.  

All pathways through ICE! are carpeted, and hiking or outdoor boots are not required. We do recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Closed-toe shoes, however, are required.
