Extra Cool Hour is an exclusive benefit and complimentary perk for overnight guests at Gaylord Opryland Resort. Extra Cool Hour provides early entry into ICE! and the Christmas shop (all located inside the Gaylord Opryland Event Center) one hour before opening for day guests. Attraction tickets are still required and must be purchased separately, for the Cool Hour time slots, and in advance, using the password received in your room confirmation. The Extra Cool Hour benefit is not for sale.
