How do I find my way around the resort?

Will I be able to visit the resort without reservations or tickets this year?
At Gaylord Opryland, the comfort and safety of our guests remain of paramount importance to us.

For capacity management and to ensure an enjoyable environment, resort access will be guaranteed after Noon CT for overnight guests and indoor/outdoor ticket reservation holders only every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during A Country Christmas as well as daily November 20-23 and December 15-31, 2023.

We invite and welcome visitors without room reservations or ticketed event reservations to arrive on site PRIOR to Noon CT on the aforementioned dates and enjoy the rest of the afternoon into the evening, or to visit any time November 13-16, November 27-30, December 4-7, and December 11-14, 2023, or January 1, 2024.

Where can I buy my tickets?

Advance purchase of tickets online is required. In order to encourage contactless service, there are no physical, printed tickets and no box office on-site at the resort. All tickets are electronic and can be purchased online or over the phone. Once purchased, your e-ticket will be emailed to you. You can simply show your ticket on the phone to the attendant to be scanned prior to entering the attraction.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Professional photographers are not permitted to hold family photography sessions at the resort. Professional photographers are permitted only for contracted meetings and catering events with a location agreement and certificate of insurance on file with a minimum three week lead time for review of any photography request.

Can I access Opry Mills mall from the resort?

Road access from the resort campus to Opry Mills will be closed. Cars will be required to use the Briley Parkway Opry Mills exit or turn left at the traffic light past the hotel’s main entrance on McGavock Pike. 

Guests inside the resort may take a short walk to Opry Mills via the walkway from the Delta Portico. 

 

Can I bring a professional photographer to photograph my family during the holidays?

Can I make reservations for your restaurants?
During the holidays, reservations for our restaurants will be available to accommodate overnight resort guests only. 
Is there a parking fee at the resort?

Yes, at the resort, self-parking is $35.00 plus tax; valet parking is $48.00 plus tax. In and out privileges are for overnight guests only. Day guests are charged per parking lot entry. 

What is Extra Cool Hour, and can I purchase it? 
Extra Cool Hour is an exclusive benefit for overnight guests at Gaylord Opryland Resort and is a complimentary perk included with your room reservation. By showing your active room key, Extra Cool Hour provides early entry into ICE! and the Christmas shop (all located inside the Gaylord Opryland Event Center) one hour before open to day guests. Attraction tickets are still required and must be purchased separately and in advance. The Extra Cool Hour benefit is not for sale.
